Arrangements can be made with the Red Lane Spa for Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates or the services of a Personal Trainer.
There is a Sports Pavillion featuring Cardiovascular & weight equipment, aerobic studio, squash courts, tennis courts, and a Juice Bar.

Dress Code:
Resort Casual Attire – Dress shorts or jeans, swimwear must be covered, no bare feet.
Resort Evening Attire – Dress pants for men, shirts with sleeves and collar. Jeans, sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, swim wear, flip-flops and slippers for men are not permitted.
Sandals Whitehouse European Village offers a variety of dining options. A choice of seven restaurants are available, as well as a Patisserie.
24 hour Room Service is available to Butler Serviced Suites, and Continental Breakfast served in-room is available to all Concierge Rooms.
In addition, Sandals Whitehouse European Village features a Late Night Tropical Experience & Chocolate Buffet served one night weekly.
